Walnut Hills Farm

Seedstock Animals.  Walnut Hills breeds purebred and optimizer Salers cattle known for high carcass value, easy calving, and good production on grass. For our optimizers, we use the best Angus and Simmental doners from ABS global and Premier Select Sires to capture these genetics.  As we approach our 10 year anniversary, our herd offers leading outcrossed cattle that are working for cattleman in seven states. 

Walnut Hills also offers live animal interests to customers looking for high quality grass fed beef at an attractive price point. The genetics in our seedstock program naturally flow into the farm to table program.  Walnut Hills guides the whole process from selecting the right portion whether 1/4, 1/2, or a whole beef interest and then brining this to the door of the customer after custom processing.  Once someone tastes beef grown as God intended, it’s hard to return to the supermarket for beef.
